credentials in Piacenza

#1
Good Day,
my husband and I will be walking the Via Francigena in April 2018. I saw on the VF website that I could purchase a credential at my starting point in Piacenza at the Basilica of Santa Maria di Campagna. However, the emails that I have sent get bounced back as undeliverable. Does anyone know if they are still selling credentials to pilgrims?
thank you,
Jujubery

Ciao!
I'm taking care of your request. I'm going to call them by phone and get confirmation.
Besides, in Piacenza there is also the office of the Associazione Europea delle Vie Francigene, in Palazzo Farnese, piazza Cittadella 29, 29121 Piacenza, tel. +39 0523 492792 o +39 0523 492793, segreteria@viefrancigene.org.
I will contact them too next Monday, just in case, when their office will be open.

To my email request I got a positive answer from
Basilica of Santa Maria di Campagna - Piacenza, piazzale delle Crociate 5, 29100 Piacenza - Italy,
tel. +39 0523 490728, secondoballati@gmail.com
Opening: mon-sun 7:30am-12:00am and 3:30pm-7:00pm

I also called the office of the Associazione Europea delle Vie Francigene (piazza Cittadella 29, 29121 Piacenza, tel. +39 0523 492792 o +39 0523 492793, segreteria@viefrancigene.org).
They too can give the Credenziale, but, being a marketing and development office, they are not officially open to the public. They don't guarantee their presence, because they are often travelling for seminars, conferences, meetings... The person on the phone told me that it's better to go to the Basilica.

P.S. The email address of Basilica for me worked in a flawless way.
